The Las Vegas Arts District is an approximate 18-block neighborhood located in the area south of downtown Las Vegas, roughly bounded by Commerce Street, Hoover Avenue, 4th Street, Las Vegas Boulevard and Colorado Avenue. Thus the name.

Peter Pan Motel open in 1967 and was closed in 2006 but reopened in 2007 with a new repaired neon sign.
Tony Hsieh of Zappos and the Downtown Project has acquired another property in downtown Las Vegas. The property is the small “Peter Pan Motel”. The actual motel is located just off of Fremont Street at 110 North 13th Street. No plans have been made public for Tony’s new acquisition.
